Whether working with individuals or groups, she combines the therapeutic power of guided hypnosis with the healing frequencies of over a dozen singing crystal bowls, Tibetan chakra bowls, multiple gongs, and other sacred sound instruments. These sessions offer a potent space to clear energetic blockages, reconnect with your Higher Self, and integrate spiritual insight.

A graduate of a year-long hypnotherapy certification in 2004, Nicole was guided soon after to purchase her first chakra set of singing crystal bowls. Upon playing them for the first time, it sparked the creation of her signature offering—Hypno-Chakra Therapy—which she has been evolving ever since through countless courses, private sessions, and group events.

As a seasoned facilitator, Nicole understands the importance of creating a safe, energetically attuned space for healing, release, and integration—supporting her clients in stepping into greater alignment, clarity, and empowerment.

• Hypno-Chakra Therapy: a multidimensional experience that combines hypnotherapy, chakra activation and alignment, and sound healing to facilitate deep release, energetic recalibration, and spiritual alignment with your Higher Self.
  Just the Crystal Bowls and a few other smaller instruments usually accompany this type of session, but can be customized.
• Sound Bath: Experience the power of energetic cleansing with a deeply soothing Sound Bath. Through various sound healing instruments played over and around you, this session cultivates peace, balance, and alignment across the Body, Mind, and Spirit.
  The typical setup includes the 11 Singing Crystal Bowls from my 432 Hz Chakra Set, various Gongs, Solfeggio Sound Pipes, Crystal Pyramid, Ting-Sha bells, and Chimes — all designed to create a deeply therapeutic, hour-long experience.
