By posting my listing on WReN.health, I understand and agree to the following code of conduct, terms, conditions, and agreements:
General Agreements:
I understand that any payment that I make to WReN.health includes my membership to the Private Member Association (PMA) Ministry, New Dawn Rising (NDR).
Please contemplate In what way your product or service aligns with our vision: “A Holy Mission of Love creating harmony within ourselves and with nature so that we all may thrive together!”
This agreement is subject to change. Users will be notified of any changes via email. The agreements in this contract are and will always be based upon immense love, with the intention for great care and mutual benefit for everyone involved.
I understand that every representative of my business must be aware of and comply with these guidelines.
I understand that as a wellness business, I must be a living example and demonstrate my own personal commitment to wellness through my services, products, and actions.
I will not unjustly discriminate against those who seek my service or product.
I retain the right to refuse service to anyone except based upon race, religion, sex, disability or national origin.
I agree to let WReN representatives know if I need support at any time regarding my listing or clients who have found me through WReN.health
If I feel that a WReN.health client or customer is not safe, I reserve the right to refuse service. I will also report that person and the circumstances to WReN.health admins immediately.
Service & Product (S/P) Agreements:
I agree to maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional presence and appearance as well as a healthy atmosphere with my business for myself and my clients.
I agree to have a sincere commitment to provide the highest-quality products and care for those who seek my professional services or product.
I agree to conduct my service and professional activities with honesty and integrity.
I agree to openly list my product sources and ingredients for customers and clients to access easily.
I agree to offer only the services that I am qualified to offer and to never misrepresent myself.
I understand that all consumable and topical products sold, gifted, or used for services through WReN.health are made of high quality, all natural and/or organic ingredients.
I understand that S/P that are illegal, toxic, or carcinogenic will be removed with no refund.
**There may be very rare instances in which WReN.health intentionally chooses to allow an illegal S/P in order to take a stand for what we believe is right and just. These instances will be made clear in a statement through WReN.health to all members. If I am not in agreement with the decision, I am entitled to release my listing from WReN.health with no refund.
If a client or customer reports that you, your service or product is unsafe in any way, it will be subject for review and you will be contacted by a WReN.health representative.
These issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Your listing will be removed with no refund if it breaches this agreement and the issue is not remedied.
Financial Agreements:
I understand that I my monthly or yearly membership payment will be automatically charged before each month/year cycle. My listing will be suspended until the fee is paid.
I understand that as a Founding Member, my rate will stay the same for the entire life of my listing.
**If I wish to change tiers, I must pay the going rate for that tier.
**As a Founding Member, if I do not make my monthly payment and my listing expires, I understand that I automatically lose my Founding Member rate.
Media Release:
We think you’re awesome and want to show you off! I agree to grant NDR and WReN.health representatives the right to use my written content, photos, videos, and audio recordings that I provide through my listing. I release WReN.health representatives from all claims I may have relating to such use. I will inform WReN reps in writing via email if I do not want my content and images to be used. I understand that my request will be granted to the best of the WReN admins ability.
Release, Waiver and Indemnity:
I hereby release, hold harmless, indemnify and waive any claims against NDR, WReN, its members, directors, officers, contractors, employees, volunteers, agents, executors, administrators, successors, family members and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any liability and damages arising from death or personal injuries, including the contraction of any communicable diseases, however caused including as a result of NDR/WReN negligence, while interacting with clients that I receive through WReN.health
I am releasing the Released Parties at my own risk and I agree to forfeit any and all forms of legal recourse which may be available to me, including but not limited to any form of damages, as a result of my undertaking of my participation in the WReN.health
I agree that these provisions above apply to me, my family, heirs, executors or anyone else who may be able to bring a legal action on my behalf in the future.
I agree that my membership to NDR and my participation with the WReN.health is done so voluntarily and by my own choice alone.
By signing up for a listing on WReN.health, I agree to its terms and conditions and understand all the content of this form in its entirety.
